Single Day Tours
We offer hundreds of Day Tours to Sydney and Surrounding areas. Pricing is based on a minimum of either 15, 20 or 30 people for Day Tours.
Private Groups: Custom Tour
Custom tour tailored to your groups interests, preferences and special requirements. Minimum of 25 people.
Private Groups: Existing Tour
Take one of our existing programme tours and select dates for your group. Minimum of 25 people.
Programme Tours: General Public
Book yourself or your group on to one of our scheduled programme tours. No minimum numbers required.

Extended Tours
What are the minimum number requirements for group bookings?
For private group tours, the minimum number of travelers required is 20. If your group has fewer than 20 participants, you can book onto one of our scheduled program tours instead.
When do I/we pay for our tour?
A deposit for each person is due 60 days prior to the tour and the final payment is due 45 days prior to the tour. This can either be collected by your Club and transferred to us on this date, or you can request that your members contact On Course Tours directly to make payment for their deposit and final payment.
What size coaches do you offer?
Our fleet includes a range of luxury coaches, with seating capacities from 44 to 53 passengers.
How do we start planning a tour?
Simply reach out to our team by phone at (02) 9986 2400 or email us at travel@oncoursetours.com. Once your request is received, one of our dedicated tour coordinators will guide you through the entire process, from start to finish.
Our members have different fitness levels/mobility issues.
Each of our tours includes a fitness rating to help you select the tour that best suits your group’s capabilities. All our tours are designed with mature travelers in mind, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all participants.
Day Tours
What are the minimum number requirements for group bookings?
We offer pricing based on minimums of 16, 20, or 30 participants. The final passenger count is required 3 business days prior to your tour date, unless otherwise specified.
When is payment required?
An invoice will be sent to you on the day of your tour, based on your final passenger count.
