Our adventure begins with morning tea at picturesque La Perouse, overlooking the sparkling waters of Botany Bay, before stepping back in time with a fascinating guided tour of historic Bare Island Fort. Discover the secrets of this remarkable 19th-century fortress, its military history and impressive engineering. Movie lovers may even recognise this spectacular location from the Hollywood blockbuster Mission: Impossible 2, starring Tom Cruise! From here, sit back and enjoy a beautiful coastal drive through Little Bay, Malabar and Maroubra, taking in sweeping ocean views and some of Sydney’s most picturesque beaches. We’ll arrive at the popular Coogee Legion Club for a delicious two-course lunch, where stunning ocean views provide the perfect backdrop to a relaxing meal. Our afternoon continues with a visit to the fascinating La Perouse Museum, where we’ll uncover stories of Aboriginal heritage, early French explorers and Sydney’s colourful past. To complete our day, we’ll journey past world-famous Bondi Beach and through the elegant harbourside suburbs of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, enjoying beautiful coastal scenery all the way home.
