Bringing Clubs Together to Travel

Want to offer your members a tour, but don’t have enough people to organise your own private departure?

Club Connect allows Club Leaders and Activity Officers to book a smaller group of members onto another club’s private tour that has places available.

With a minimum of just 5 members, your club can join an available Club Connect tour from its main departure point — giving your members more opportunities to travel without needing to fill an entire tour yourselves.

How Club Connect Works

1. Browse Available Tours

Club Connect tours are generally opened for bookings from around 8 months prior to departure. Browse private club tours that have been opened to other clubs and have places available.

2. Register Your Club’s Interest

Found a tour your members would enjoy? Contact your On Course Tours Account Manager with your expected numbers. A minimum of 5 passengers is required to join.

3. Confirm Your Group

As a guide, deposits are due approximately 6 months prior to departure, with final payment approximately 4 months prior to departure. Specific dates will be provided for each tour.

4. We Organise the Details

We’ll confirm availability, bookings and pick-up arrangements. For groups of 10 or more passengers, an additional group pick-up may be available.

Speak with your On Course Tours Account Manager about Club Connect. If your tour meets the Club Connect requirements and your club is happy to welcome another group, we can list it for other clubs to view and promote it to our club network.

On Course manages the enquiries and arrangements between the groups, making the process simple for everyone.

Important Booking Dates

Club Connect operates on an earlier booking timeline than our standard tours:

Around 8 months prior – Club Connect bookings open

Around 6 months prior – Deposit due

Around 4 months prior – Final payment due

These timeframes are a guide only and may vary depending on the tour, supplier requirements and how close the departure date is when you join. Always refer to the specific payment dates provided for your tour.
