Sydney Customers – Within Our Local Area
For customers living within our local pickup area, we’re pleased to provide a complimentary home pickup and drop-off service. Your scheduled time will be provided approximately two weeks prior to departure.
If the allocated Pickup/ Return time isn’t convenient, you’re welcome to:
• Meet us at the Coach Departure Point in Sydney
• Request an Uber at Cost – we’ll book it for you and add the fare to your reservation.
You may also choose to join the group at one of our group pickup and drop-off locations (these may vary depending on the Tour):
• Central Station
• Sydney Domestic Airport Terminal
• Chatswood Station
• Hornsby Station
• North Sydney Station
• Pennant Hills Station
Customers Outside Our Local Area
All tours in our 2026 programme are departing from Sydney.
If you live outside our local area, you can start your journey in the way that suits you best:
1. Meet us at the Coach Departure Point in Sydney
2. Let us book you an Uber to and from the Sydney departure point (fare added to your reservation at cost)
3. Meet at one of our Group Pickup/Drop-Off Locations (listed above)
4. Extra Travel Arrangements – If you are travelling from outside Sydney, we can organise flights and add them to your reservation.
