You can express interest in joining on to another clubs tour by clicking here (link them to the form). Or simply give us a call on 9986 2400.
Fill in your club details here (link them to the form), and one of our team members will be in contact to find out more information about the tour you are interested in organising for your club. We then do the rest – put the itinerary together, make all of the bookings, and then advertise it to other clubs to meet minimum number requirements.
The minimum number for us to arrange a tour and advertise it to other clubs is 15.
That is perfectly fine, pop over to our website and browse our general public tours – we can reserve up to 15 rooms on a program tour for your club (no minimum numbers required).
We will invoice each club individually for the deposit and final payment.

For private group tours, we offer pricing options based on a minimum of 20, 25 & 30. If your group has fewer than 20 participants, we can either connect you with another Club or you can book onto one of our scheduled program tours.

For group bookings, the following standard payment timelines apply unless otherwise stated in your Confirmed Tour Itinerary:

  • Coach Tours: A deposit is due 4 months prior to departure.
  • Tours including flights: A deposit is due 6 months prior to departure.
  • Club Connect Tours: A deposit is due 6 months prior to departure.

The final balance for all group tours is due 2 months prior to departure, unless otherwise advised.

Our fleet includes a range of luxury coaches, with seating capacities from 44 to 53 passengers.

Each of our tours includes a fitness rating to help you select the tour that best suits your group’s capabilities. All our tours are designed with mature travelers in mind, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all participants.

We offer pricing based on minimums of 20 or 30 participants. The final passenger count is required 3 business days prior to your tour date, unless otherwise specified.

An invoice will be sent to you on the day of your tour, based on your final passenger count.

We will call you one week prior to your departure date to announce your pick-up / meeting time for tour departure.
