On Course Tours “$250 Tour Voucher” Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: On Course Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 24 670 147 789) of 11 Tepko Road, Terrey Hills NSW 2084 (“On Course Tours”).

2. Promotion period: Opens 12:01?am AEST 1?June?2025 and closes 11:59?pm AEST 30?June?2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible.

4. How to enter: During the Promotion Period, visit

The competition entry page on our website and complete all required fields, and submit. One entry per person/household/email address. Incomplete, duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Game of chance: This is a random draw. All valid entries received will go into a draw at 10:00?am AEST 2?July?2025 at the Promoter’s address. The first valid entry drawn will win.

6. Prize: One (1) × AU $250 On Course Tours voucher, valid toward any On Course Tours product booked directly with the Promoter. Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and can be used once only. Any travel is subject to availability and standard booking conditions.

7. Bonus gift: Each valid entrant will receive a printed 2025 On Course Tours wall calendar. After entry, the Promoter will contact entrants via e?mail to request a postal address. Calendars will be dispatched within 14?days of receiving mailing details and no later than 31?July?2025. The calendar is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

8. Winner notification: The winner will be notified by e?mail within 2 business days of the draw and their first name and postcode published on the competition page. If the winner does not respond within 48?hours, the prize will be redrawn in the same manner on 4?July?2025.

9. Privacy: Entry data is collected to administer the competition, arrange calendar delivery and send marketing communications. Data may be shared with contracted service providers for those purposes. Entrants may request access to or correction of their data by e?mailing privacy@oncoursetours.com.au.

10. General: The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify any entrant for tampering or if the entry is not submitted in accordance with these T&Cs, and to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with the promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
