Temora Air Show Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter: On Course Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 24 670 147 789) of 11 Tepko Road, Terrey Hills NSW 2084 (“On Course Tours”).
2. Promotion Period: The promotion opens at 12:01 am AEST on 1 June 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Friday, 1 August 2025.
3. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 55 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter:
To enter, scan the QR code featured in either:
● The Senior printed magazine advertisement, or
● The Senior email version of the advertisement.
You must complete the entry form with your contact details. One entry per person/household/email address is permitted.
● For entries via the email version, you must also follow the On Course Tours Facebook page to be eligible.
Entries will be tagged by source (print or email) for internal tracking purposes only. All valid entries will be entered into the same prize draw.
5. Game of Chance: This is a random draw. All valid entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw conducted at 10:00am AEST on Monday, 4 August 2025 at the Promoter’s address.
6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 4-day / 3-night hosted tour for two (2) people to the Temora Air Show with On Course Tours.
The prize includes:
● Return coach travel from Sydney
● Three nights’ accommodation
● Entry to the Temora Air Show
● A fully hosted group experience
Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Travel must be taken on the dates scheduled for the 2025 Temora Air Show. Standard On Course Tours booking terms and conditions apply.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s first name and postcode will be published on the On Course Tours Facebook page.
8. Unclaimed Prize: If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 business days, a redraw will occur on Friday, 8 August 2025, using the same process.
9. Privacy: By entering, entrants consent to their personal information being collected and used by the Promoter for the administration of the promotion and for future marketing. Data may be shared with third-party service providers for these purposes. Entrants can request access to, or correction of, their data by contacting travel@oncoursetours.com.au.
10. General:
● The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any individual for tampering or not complying with these Terms and Conditions.
● The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances occur.
● The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from entry into this promotion or the prize awarded, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. Acceptance: Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
