Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
On Course Travel (ABN 24 670 147 789) is the promoter of this competition.
The promoter’s address is 11 Tepko Road, Terrey Hills NSW 2084.
2. Competition Period
The competition will commence on 5th March 2025 and finish at 5:00 PM on 30th April 2025.
3. How to Enter
? To enter, participants must complete the “Been There, Loved That?” survey via the provided QR code or link.
? Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize Details
? There are 4 x $250 On Course Travel Gift Cards to be won.
? Gift cards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.
? The gift cards can be applied towards any On Course Travel tour or service.
5. Draw Details
? The draw will take place on 30th April 2025 at 11 Tepko Road, Terrey Hills NSW 2084.
? Winners will be randomly selected using an electronic draw system.
? This is a game of chance, and the judges’ decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification
? Winners will be notified by phone and email within 7 days of the draw date.
? Winners may also be announced on the On Course Travel website and social media channels.
? If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
7. Prize Collection and Expiry
? Prizes must be collected from 11 Tepko Road, Terrey Hills NSW 2084 during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
? Gift cards must be booked by 30th April 2026. If not redeemed by the expiry date, the voucher will be forfeited.
? The voucher must be used in its entirety against one travel tour and cannot be split across multiple bookings.
8. Eligibility
? The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
? Employees of On Course Travel and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
9. Privacy and Data Use
? Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this competition and improving On Course Travel’s services.
? By entering the competition, entrants consent to the use of their information for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes.
? Data will be handled in accordance with On Course Travel’s Privacy Policy.
10. General Terms
? On Course Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
? In the event of unforeseen circumstances, On Course Travel may substitute the prize with another of equal value.
? On Course Travel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Limitations and Liability
? Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
? On Course Travel accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
12. Acceptance of Terms
? Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
